Melanie has a blog post up about 99 things and you are suppose to see how many on the list you have done. Well I was looking through them and realized that I have never joined a book club. I find this quite ironic because I LOVE reading books. I have been reading ever since I can remember. My parents would have to buy me 6-7 books for vacation because I went through them like water. My ideal day would be sitting outside and reading. Yep, thats right, I love it that much that I would spend an entire day doing it (that has actually happened quiet a few times). I could sit in a book store all day long because I love the smell of new books. There is just something about new books. Don't get me wrong, I have loved the convenience of the iPad for reading but nothing compares to the real deal.
Bottom Line, I think its about time I change the fact that I have never been part of a book club. So, if you are part of a book club or want to start one, let me know!

I'm with ya on so much of this...love books, love the smell of new books, iPad cannot beat a true book, could read all day, need to join a book club
ReplyDeleteI will watch Blake ANYTIME you want to read! :) I am actually going to read a book for my first book club. I have also always wanted to join one. My yoga instructor is starting one & I'm going to try it. I ordered my frist book on Amazon .com! Better late than never.
