Malic Happenings

Last week Louis and I celebrated our four year anniversary. It is crazy to think it has only been four years, we have clearly had a lot of change in our family since then! Love you!

On Sunday we met up with the Kramers to go to the "Touch a Truck". There were a zillion different types of vehicles. It was REALLY humid and hot and right before nap time so it wasn't the best time to have Blake do this but he was decent. He really liked playing in the fire truck and school bus.

Pictures of B&B at Daycare

We are so glad that our daycare loves our kids. We know that they have a ton of fun each day. Here are some pictures of all of the fun they are having.

Right before I went back to work we had our family pictures taken. Blake wasn't that excited about the idea of taking pictures but luckily we were able to capture quite a few good ones. It is crazy because Brooke is already so much bigger and she captured Blake's personality perfectly.

Choo Choo Train

Ever since Blake found out that my Dad takes the choo choo train to work everyday he has been asking if he could ride on the choo choo. Well after months of him asking we finally took him this past weekend. We just got on in Crystal Lake and got off in Palatine to eat some food and then took the train back home. Blake LOVED it. He was in such awe the entire time, he didn't even close his mouth he just stared. Ha. He didn't even want to talk when we first got on, I think he was just trying to take it all in!! He is already asking when we can go again.

Brooke 3 Months

Um, seriously, she is 3 months old? How the heck did that happen? Although it does feel like she has been a part of our family forever so I guess 3 months is a really short amount of time to actually be here. Little miss is growing like a weed! She is wearing pretty much all 6 month clothes. We thought during this last month she got her first cold, turns out she was teething!!! She has two teeth coming in already. I didn't even think it was possible to get teeth this early. She loves to chew on everything. She insists on being held facing out so she can see everything. Blake can always put a smile on her face and she loves to watch him. Brooke started daycare this month and she gets so much play time in that she comes home exhausted. They are trying to put her on a feeding schedule of 4oz every 2.5-3 hrs. So far it seems to be working pretty well. She sleeps through the night (7:30pm-6am) most nights. She still has the pretty blue eyes and lots of hair, although her hair is getting lighter.
