After a day at school to celebrate his birthday (he had two friends in his class who also shared a birthday with him!) he came home to a little family party to continue the celebration.
That weekend we had the Blake & Adelyn 3rd annual joint birthday party. This year we did a swimming party and we invited all of the Goddard friends. I only took a few pictures....
Blake had parent/teacher conferences last week so school was closed on Thursday and Friday so we took the opportunity to go with my parents and brother to Lake Geneva for a long weekend. Our home away from home.

We stayed at the villas at the Grand Geneva and they had firepits and the kids got to make smores
We took a walk one morning around part of the lake and this little one was excited to use Papa's binoculars
There is a little project in Lake Geneva where people paint rocks and leave them all over for others to find. The kids found some on the path and got very excited. So excited in fact that we had to find about 100 rocks to paint back at the villa all weekend.
Since no trip to the Lake Geneva area is complete without stopping at Gordy's we had to take a picture

Thanks Mom and Dad for such a fun and relaxing weekend. The kids and us had an amazing time!
